Return Policy
We hope you love your products as much as we loved curating them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for most of our merchandise within 90 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team.
- Items in saleable condition may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be shipped back via our delivery service.
- Customer is responsible for retaining original packaging or supplying their own equivalent packaging for return.
- Muse & Lounge Co. products purchased at independent stores or websites must be returned through the store where it was purchased.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
- Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less applicable return shipping fees. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing after items are received at our facility. Timing of refund may depend on the policies of your financial institution and method of payment.
RETURN RESTOCKING FEE
- All assembled items picked up from your home by one of our preferred carriers will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Unassembled items in their original packaging will not have a restocking fee applied.
- Any fees will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed.
